Free online courses with Liquid Friday!

2 months into lockdown and you might find you are going a bit stir crazy, or losing momentum with the homeschooling. We have the perfect remedy! 

If you are employed by Liquid Friday (ie. paid through our umbrella service,or currently furloughed), you can access 100+ online courses for kids and adults, through our Liquid Perks programme.

Fun and learning Thursdays

The courses are delivered every Thursday by Community Online Academies (COAs) and are virtual sessions for kids and adults, based around fitness, learning and fun. They are taught by top-notch instructors, speakers and teachers. Here’s a sample of what you can do:

For kids

• Becoming a Youtuber
• Hiphop dance
• Basketball workout

For adults

• Leadership in action
• Boxing Fitness
• Nutrition to boost immunity

(The LF team think the kids’ sessions sound much more fun – hiphop over nutrition any day!)  

You can dial into as many or as few sessions as you like, for as long as you like. You’ll need to be logged in to your Liquid Perks account (more about that below) and you must RSVP to attend. Slots for the weekly Thursday sessions usually fill up by Tuesday evening.

What are Liquid Perks?

If you have never used Liquid Perks before, now is the time to check it out! 

It is a rewards and benefits programme powered by Perks at Work, and all Liquid Friday umbrella workers have access to it.

For when we finally come out of lockdown, there are loads of great leisure offers too, for cinemas, gyms and restaurants. Oh, what we wouldn’t give for a nice meal out right now!  

Accessing your Liquid Perks account

You can access Liquid Perks once you have been with Liquid Friday for 2 weeks, when you will receive your personal login for the Perks at Work rewards platform. You can then redeem unlimited offers from your online account or using the smartphone app.
